Oko Living

Turning a listicle-style landing page into a clearer customer journey.

A data-driven landing page optimization focused on improving information hierarchy, product communication, and conversion without compromising the brand experience.

We partnered with Oko Living to improve the conversion performance of its landing pages through a combination of UX/UI optimization and A/B testing.

The existing experience relied heavily on a listicle-style structure. Rather than assuming a redesigned page would perform better, we created and tested an alternative experience against the existing version.

Improving the path to conversion

The goal was to make the product easier to understand and the buying journey easier to follow.

We focused on:

  • Clearer value proposition

  • Stronger product communication

  • Better content hierarchy

  • More visible CTAs

  • Supporting trust elements

  • Improved information flow

  • Mobile usability

  • Reduced friction

KEY CHALLENGES

Oko Living needed to improve landing page performance while maintaining its brand experience and product positioning.

Key challenges

  • Listicle-style page structure

  • Information hierarchy could be improved

  • Product benefits needed stronger communication

  • Conversion elements needed clearer placement

  • Multiple offer presentations needed testing

  • Mobile experience needed consideration

A CLEARER LANDING PAGE EXPERIENCE

We created an alternative landing page structure designed around the customer's decision-making process.

Before

Listicle-style experience

Information was presented primarily as an educational article, with the customer journey spread across the page.

After

Product-focused experience

The new structure followed:

Value Proposition → Benefits → Product Story → Supporting Proof → Offer → CTA

The aim was to make the product easier to understand and reduce friction between interest and conversion.

A/B TESTING

Rather than treating the redesign as the answer, we tested it against the existing experience.

The redesigned landing page generated a 7.5% observed improvement in conversion rate during the test period.

Important: The test was still running, so this was treated as a directional improvement, not a statistically validated final win.

OFFER EXPERIMENT

We also tested different ways of presenting the offer to understand how the offer itself influenced conversion behavior.

The stronger-performing offer variation produced a 14.8% observed improvement in conversion rate during the test.

This provided another direction for continued experimentation.

UX/UI IMPROVEMENTS

The optimization wasn't simply about making the landing page look different.

We focused on the relationship between design, usability, content, and conversion behavior.

Key improvements included:

  • Clearer visual hierarchy

  • Stronger above-the-fold communication

  • More focused content flow

  • Improved CTA visibility

  • Better product-benefit communication

  • Stronger content prioritization

  • More intentional spacing and section structure

  • Mobile-first considerations

  • Reduced friction throughout the journey

CRO TESTING FRAMEWORK

The project followed a continuous experimentation process:

Research → UX Analysis → Hypothesis → Design → A/B Test → Measure → Learn → Iterate

Each major change was treated as a hypothesis rather than a subjective design decision.

This allowed page structure and offer presentation to be evaluated through actual user behavior.
