JUNK IN THE TRUCK
A customer-first website that simplified service selection and built trust with local customers.
The Challenge
Customers knew they needed help. They didn’t always know which service they needed.
For many visitors, the first question wasn’t which company to choose. It was whether they needed full-service junk removal or a dumpster rental.
That uncertainty created friction before the enquiry even began.
Customers also needed quick answers around pricing, accepted items, dumpster sizes, permits, availability, and how the booking process worked.
The challenge was to make all of that information easy to understand without overwhelming the visitor.
The Insight
Local customers want answers before they’re ready to ask for a quote.
Junk removal is often a practical, time-sensitive decision.
Whether someone is clearing a garage, preparing a property for sale, renovating, or managing a larger project, they want to know three things quickly:
Is this the right service? Can I trust this company? What do I do next?
That became the foundation for the new experience.
The Strategy
Build the website around customer decisions, not company information.
Instead of treating the website as a collection of service pages, we designed it as a guided journey.
Search → Choose a Service → Build Confidence → Take Action
Each stage answers the visitor’s next question before asking them to move forward.
The goal was simple: reduce uncertainty and make contacting the business feel like the obvious next step.
